Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery; in most instances it will be less.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We cannot calculate your import duty for you, you must contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Returns can be made within the 28 days of receipt for a refund of an item. Exchanges can be made for different colours or sizes provided they are in stock. For returns made outside the 28 day period we will happily exchange the product to the value that it was purchased at. Please note that in the interest of hygiene, items marked with a '*' next to the product name cannot be returned. In all cases the items that are being returned should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected once returned. Goods are your responsibility until they reach Tata Naka. Please ensure items are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage in transit. We are not responsible for an items that are damaged once returned. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, but can be exchanged providing there is stock.
